How often do you recommend scheduled home checks?

It is recommended to have your home checked once weekly while unoccupied. However, some homeowners feel every two weeks is sufficient. Anything less frequent does not provide the level of service needed to ensure your home is properly taking care of.

Where do you keep the keys to your house between visits?

All keys are kept in a security safe. Each key is labeled with a unique code so that the client’s address remains confidential.

How are extra visits billed?

Rates are billed hourly in 15-minute increments as needed.

Do you require a signed service contract?

Yes, we require each client to sign a service contract before we provide services. This is beneficial to both the company and the client.

What are your hours of operation?

Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM EST. We are not a 24/7 company, but we will do our best to accommodate your needs when emergencies arise.

What is a home watch service?

The definition of “home Watch” is a visual inspection of a home or property looking for obvious issues. Home watch services give clients peace of mind while away from their homes. Potential problems are brought to the client right away before they become huge financial disasters. 

Why do I need a home watch service?

Many things can happen while you are away. Some common examples include break-ins, water leaks, electrical issues, pest problems, and storm damage. Your property is one of your most valuable assets and it should be treated as such. 

How will I know if there is a problem?

During each visit, we will conduct a multi-point inspection. Any issues will be noted and photographed. Reports are emailed to the client directly after the check is completed. If any major issue arises that needs immediate attention, we will call the client immediately. 

Is a home watch service a security service? 

While we are not a security service, having a visual presence inside your vacant home may act as a crime deterrent. 

Can you help me with other tasks other than checking on my property?

We do offer several concierge services. Don’t see what you need? Just ask!

Will you do storm prep in the event of a hurricane?

We do offer storm prep and post-storm checks, Please ask about our Hurricane Prep!

Can I request an extra visit?

Of course! If a neighbor sees something and you would feel more at ease having an extra visit, give us a call and we will schedule it in!
