WEEKLY OR BI-WEEKLY HOME CHECKS

PRE/POST STORM CHECKS

Our home watch service provides a comprehensive checklist that ensures a complete look at the interior and exterior of your home. The checklist covers things like vandalism, water leaks, animal or pest infestation, and weather damage. Temperature and humidity readings are done at each visit.

Our checklist also includes verifying that major systems, including plumbing, electrical, and heating/ cooling, are working properly. Everyone’s home is as unique as the owner, and we can also check any other areas that may be unique to you and your home.

It is recommended to have your home checked once per week while the home is unoccupied, however, we do offer both weekly and biweekly services.
